WINNERS OF THE COMPETITION OF VICTORY DAY
Interactive teachers training session organized by British Council KSA at boys wing premises of bises on 29 November 2019, on Friday.
The seminar was held on boys wing auditorium inside Bangladesh International School English Section (BISES) on 29 November, 2019 on Friday. It was held to help students currently in school to look ahead for universities or colleges in Canada. To be prepared for the challenges ahead when they apply for universities.
“Nutrition Challenge Contest”
On 28 November 2019, we are pleased to inform that the Department of Biology of Bangladesh International School, English Section organised a nutritional challenge for the students of Grade – 9, 10, 11 and 12 (Girls).
Mrs. Syeada Gule Arzoo (Honorable Madam Ambassador); President, WHOM (Wives of Heads of Mission, KSA) attended the occasion as Chief Guest and Ms Ayesha Marium (BSc; Culinary Management) also attended the contest as Chief Judge.
It was a great, outstanding and gorgeous event.

A spelling bee is a competition in which contestants are asked to spell a broad selection of words, usually with a varying degree of difficulty. To compete, contestants must memorize the spellings of words as written in dictionaries, and recite them accordingly.
English is the language of science, of aviation, computers, diplomacy, and tourism. It’s also the language of international communication, the media and the internet, so learning English is important for socialising and entertainment as well as work!
Department of English of BISES traditionally arrange Spelling Bee, Debate, Rhyme & Speech competition in English to prepare our students for the upcoming challenges of the future world to deal in a smarter and professional way.

Bangladesh international school English section arranges field trip for its students every tear to serve the purpose of observation for education,non-experimental research or to provide students with experiences outside their everyday activities such as going & camping with teachers & their classmates .
Field trips also provide students the opportunity to take a break from their normal routine and experience more hands on learning.
BISES is planning and looking for more effective field trips & other educational activities for its students in near future.

Bangladesh International School English Section will be hosting its Prestigious Qur’an Recitation Competition starting from the 27th November 2019 till 4th December 2019. It will be organized be the Department of Arabic and Qur’an Faculty. The competition will include students from Grade 3 up until Grade 12. The preliminary rounds of the event will be held separately in individual classes (from Grade 3 to Garde 7) for the selection of the finalists. BISES hopes this competition will live up to its name and have a good and competitve Qur’an Recitation Competition.
